If you have had an emergency come up or simply are unable to make it, Be sure to give us a heads up preferably 48 hours in advance, via text or email at blhtsalon@gmail.com. 

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance once, 25% charge of the service amount booked will be charged when re-booking. If it happens more than twice, without contacting us at blhtsalon@gmail.com re-booking will not be allowed.
